Today we offer our congratulations to Jessica Gonzalez, who was recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.
Jessica will proactively take on difficult issues with complex and challenging family systems and conducts herself with the upmost professionalism and expertise, always centering the client's needs and representing Imagine! with integrity. She mentors multiple new hires while working well above her caseload goal to cover unassigned cases during high turnover, and still has time to attend to her Lead Mentor responsibilities and show up to answer any questions my team may have in our Zoom chat. She is one of our team members who actively builds up team rapport and regularly attends activities I have planned for the team. She deserves this award because she goes above and beyond daily and elevates her colleagues around her to be their best selves. Congratulations Jessica, we are lucky to have you!
