Congratulations are in order for Jeff Johnson, who was recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Jeff helped one of our clients get Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) -- and it took two years! Jeff and the client's father encountered every obstacle there is to obtaining SSDI. Getting SSDI is trying to begin with, and this case was made unnecessarily complicated with so many setbacks that the father was growing increasingly dejected about the process. Jeff encouraged him to stay on board, and even took it upon himself to become an authorized representative so he could communicate directly with Social Security. After two years of effort, our client was finally awarded his much-needed SSDI. This would not have happened without Jeff's patience and expertise, and was made easier by his ability to find humor in ridiculous situations. Great work Jeff, and congratulations on this well-deserved honor!
