Imagine! Represents At Alliance Summit

Imagine! had a significant presence at last week’s Alliance Summit, the only venue in Colorado where IDD professionals and advocates to meet, learn from each other, and discuss innovate plans for the future of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) system. Included in the Imagine! contingent were Stephen Shaughnessy, Robin Grey, Jenna Corder, Kevin Harding, Kathryn Arbour, Kristin Halverson, Brodie Schulze, Michelle Christen, Kristen Lundy, and Valerie Temple. Brodie and Kristin H. also presented at the conference at a session entitled “Fighting Our Own Battles: Using Behavioral Skills Training to Combat Obstacles.” Also joining were our friends (and soon to be colleagues) from ACMI, Jennie Giurgila and Barb Wilkins-Crowder. The conference was a fantastic opportunity to network with leaders from across the state who are driven as we are at Imagine! to find more and more ways to ensure people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have as much access to services as possible, as well as the opportunity to compare notes with others who are going through the changes necessary to implement Case Management Redesign (CMRD) before next year’s deadline.
