Imagine! Care Coordination Team 2019

All week long, Imagine! has been celebrating our amazing Care Coordination team. So far, we’ve treated these amazing employees to a dessert bar, a hot chocolate cart, a breakfast and raffle, and on Wednesday, a field day! The field day featured snacks, games, and a chance for employees to throw pies at supervisors.
