On Wednesday, the teams from Adult Care Management, Inc. (ACMI) and Imagine!’s Case Management all met together for the first time in anticipation of combining forces to provide case management services for people with disabilities living in Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties. The highlight of the day-long event was a series of team building events led by our good friend Caitlin Looney. All day, the atmosphere was positive and forward looking as we prepare to build together upon the combined legacy of close to a century of services for some of our community’s most vulnerable citizens.
