Imagine!’s Intake Team recently compiled the results of their March Intake Satisfaction Survey responses. It is incredible that despite our many challenges this year, the team continues to receive extremely positive client feedback and continued improvement of overall satisfaction scores. For example, in January - March 2023 overall satisfaction was rated at 96%, compared to overall satisfaction rates for 2022 of 93%, and 91% in 2021. See more data and positive comments below. Congrats to our Intake Team – they are often the first people a client or family interacts with at Imagine!, and they are clearly creating a lasting positive view of our work!
