Some updates from the Imagine! Foundation, the fundraising arm of Imagine!:
Jana Petersen completed two years as President of the Imagine! Foundation Board of Directors. During her term, she guided the Foundation through the pandemic and the 20th anniversary, with grace and tenacity. As the emcee of the virtual 2021 Imagine! Celebration, Jana spoke to hundreds of supporters in their homes, sharing her personal connection to Imagine!’s mission through her son, Hunter. Through her leadership, Imagine! Foundation fundraising has grown to new levels. She has truly helped create opportunities for all abilities! Thank you, Jana!
Meg McClellan and Pete Madden completed their terms on the Imagine! Foundation Board, each making significant contributions to expand knowledge of Imagine!’s work to their friends, family, and colleagues. We thank them for their service.
We welcome Mari Battreall and Liz Griffin to the Board, as well as Beverly Shaw, who is returning after a hiatus. Sandy Brown takes the helm as President.
The Imagine! Foundation is fortunate to have community leaders who believe in the potential of all and want to support Imagine! in creating a world of opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
