You are invited to the 2024 Imagine! Provider Fair! Please join us for this exciting opportunity to connect with over 50 providers and community agencies, learn about available services, and network with other clients and families. All individuals currently being served by Imagine!’s Case Management, Imagine!’s Family Support Program, Imagine!’s Autism Spectrum Disorder Program, or are currently in the intake process are invited.

Thursday, April 11, 4-7PM, at Imagine!’s John Taylor Conference Center, 1665 Coal Creek Drive, Lafayette, CO.
