The 2019 Go Tober Challenge is in the books, and once again Imagine! demonstrated our commitment to a healthier community.
We came in second place in our network, earning almost 66,000 points for the many ways our employees used different commute options. The numbers show how committed Imagine! employees are to alternative transportation methods. Collectively, 65 participants:
Registered 1,246 total smart commuting trips
Saved $5,822.77
Saved 9,166 pounds of CO2
Burned 52,392 calories
Among the events we held to encourage participation included:
An “80s Little Wheels” commute – day-glo clothes, roller blades, and scooters were the themes of the ride!
And a “Slow-Tober” Biker Race – the last person to the finish line (without any feet touching the ground) was the winner. Check out the video to see the *action*.
