Here’s some fun facts about Imagine!’s Behavioral Health Services and Mental Health Services.

Imagine! Behavioral Services prioritizes providing behavioral services to individuals we currently serve in other departments, such as residential services, community services, vocational services, and more. However, did you know we also serve individuals who do not attend Imagine! services? Imagine! Behavioral Services is available to all individuals needing behavioral supports who currently have Medicaid funding, including the DD waiver, SLS waiver, and EPSDT.

Imagine! Mental Health Services provides mental health therapy and psychiatric services to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. To receive these services the individual needs to be 18 years old or older, qualify for services through Imagine! or another CCB, physically reside in Boulder and Broomfield counties, and be attributed to RAE 6 through CCHA by your primary care physician.
