Celebrating Care Coordination Appreciation Week 2022: Imagine! once again celebrated our amazing Care Coordination team with a week full of fun events, including: “Pups and Cups,” a combination of time with rescue puppies and ice cream treats, a trip to Top Golf, a picnic in the park, a trip to an apple orchard, and a trivia contest. While we set this week aside to specifically thank our Care Coordination team, we celebrate them all year round for their commitment to Imagine!’s mission!
