Congratulations are in order for Erica Berridge, recently selected as a recipient of the Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award. Erica was nominated for this award because of a note sent in by the parent of a child served by Imagine!, and if you read the note below, we’re sure you’ll see why Erica is so deserving of this honor.

“I’m a client of Imagine! who is writing to you about Erica Berridge. We have known Erica for nearly two years – she is our son’s case manager. As background, I never write product or restaurant reviews and the last time I recommended someone, they were an exceptional player on my team that the organization could not thrive without. With that in mind, I’d like you to know a few things about Erica. Erica is in a tough position. Always tracking hours, following processes, dealing with people who have intellectual and physical disabilities who haven’t always been treated well, but her focus is always on them. She thinks about how she can make their lives a little bit better by recommending a service, changes existing services and listening to overwhelmed and frustrated parents. Through all of it, she never wavers. She is on a mission and our son has benefitted greatly from her experience and recommendations. In fact, everyone at Imagine! is fantastic and Erica is a standout among a dedicated and committed team. Erica is a gem and is someone who has changed our son’s support network for the better."
