Meet Doris Franco, one of Imagine!’s 2019 Employees of Distinction.

“A little over a year ago my infant twin girls were having some delays with eating and gross motor skills. We were recommended to Early Intervention by the girl’s doctor. Once we were connected with Doris, their whole world changed. She jumped on our case and set us up with Speech, PT, and a Developmental specialist, (all of whom are absolutely fantastic!!). She regularly checks in to make sure we are happy with our services. If a therapist talks to me about any big changes or recommendations, Doris will call or email in less than a day. She is incredibly prompt every time! After being in services for almost a year our family had to deal with some devastating life changes. Doris stepped in as soon as she found out and helped get us additional emergency financial assistance.”
