Congratulations are in order for Sylvia Cardozo-McGee, recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.
Sylvia has a kind heart, a positive attitude, and is resourceful. She is always willing to help anyone; offering shadowing opportunities, mentoring new Service Coordinators, sharing resources, brainstorming ideas, and offering advice. She has a positive outlook on everything she does and is always putting families and services first. She consistently offers support for those who are struggling, for example at meetings when things are stressful or frustrating. As part of our efforts to better reach the Hispanic community both for program extension purposes and to hire a more diverse workforce, Sylvia volunteered to do an interview with Entravision. She really is willing to help out in any way possible to support Imagine!'s clients and employees, as well as Imagine!'s mission.
