Congratulations are in order for Jessica Schipper, who was recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Jessica is an awesome Direct Service Provider. She is calm, light-hearted, focused, and diligent. She manages ALL tasks and has even been known to cover an entire shift on her own, with the support of a simple care force team member. Jess is known for her determination and energy. She communicates with all individuals in her group home and makes sure their voices are heard. She really listens and manages to now the ins and outs of individual preference, favorite eating utensils, funny insider information, and backgrounds. Learning from and watching Jess work provides a model for excellence in our company - truly an intelligent, experienced, and caring provider. We’re lucky to have her on our team!
