The 2nd Annual Community Art Show hosted by Imagine! School Age Services is right around the corner. Celebrating the creative expressions by participants who attend our After School Program, this event will inevitably educate, enlighten, and inspire, as you peruse the art gallery and meet the artists.

“This event is intended to celebrate collaboration and connection within our community, all while showcasing the creativity, diversity, and talents of our participants,” said Kyle Sayers, Imagine! School Age Services Coordinator. One of the best parts about bringing art to life, via any medium, is to share it with friends, family, and the community at large. Along with practicing motor skills, personal choice, and personal creativity during each art activity, participants now have an opportunity to expose their talents to new community members, announcing to the world that artists of all abilities deserve art galleries too!
“Art is impactful for everyone. It has no limits, rules, or expectations,” said Sayers. “Art is a safe space to explore emotions with open interpretations, a way to express yourself and be creative.”
This is not your typical art show. Guests can enjoy an interactive photo booth, getting your portrait drawn, tech demonstrations, an immersive art gallery, meeting the artists face to face, and being part of a collaborative art project. And don’t forget to visit the Eats & Sweets food truck for a bite to eat!
