Today we are celebrating and recognizing some Imagine! Community Services Superstars - our Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) who put in so much hard work every day!
Ronja Vaitaitis, Sean McCaffery and Erin Klien are like a three-person Spartan Phalanx. They're able to tackle any problem head on while also supporting each other as well as our team as a whole. Their approach is very person-focused, whether that be when brainstorming how to best support participants or when coaching their coworkers, and their knowledge encompasses so many aspects of our services. But to call them Jacks-of-all-trades, Masters of none would be silly and inaccurate, as their expertise is deep and vast. We're so thankful to have them on our team, as they contribute invaluably!
