In this time of uncertainty, we at Imagine! don’t want to forget that there are still lots of great things happening at our organization: amazing employees doing awesome work, people in services contributing in ways big and small, and lots of support and love from our community. We’d be doing everyone a disservice if we didn’t keep sharing these great stories.

Recently, an Imagine! client elected to teach Spanish to their group at Rocky Mountain Pathfinders. If you would like to learn more about this PASA, click here! This awesome activity was created up to let each member teach something to the group. Once once a month each member of the group leads the activity in a lesson based on that individual's talents or interests. The strategy started about five months ago and had a high acceptance from clients. The day program provided clients with materials to perform their classes. For instance, the Spanish lessons are conducted in a fun manner through board games (Uno, bingo, flashcards) to teach basic aspects of the language such as colors, numbers, animals. Not only does this activity allow for everyone to express themselves and their individuality, but it also promotes inclusion between Spanish speakers and English speakers. Thank you, Karol Guerrero for sharing this awesome story!
