Celestial Seasonings logoThis week we would like to highlight another long-standing business partner of Imagine! – Celestial Seasonings.

Celestial Seasonings is a world-famous tea producer based here in Boulder, CO. They got their start through gathering herbs from the mountains around Boulder and selling them to local health-food stores in 1969. Several of their tea blends are international household names, such as Sleepytime and Red Zinger. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, you could go on a tour of the Celestial Seasonings factory, taste free samples of tea, and get a behind the scenes look at all of your favorite blends. We can’t wait to go on the tour again once it’s safe to do so! To learn more about Celestial Seasonings, plan a tour, or check out their flavors, click here: Celestial Seasonings Website.

The folks at Celestial Seasonings have worked with Imagine!’s Employment Services for many years to help find meaningful work for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Celestial Seasonings has gone above and beyond for the people served by Imagine!, especially during the pandemic. Not only do they employ several people with disabilities, but these people were able to safely continue working during the beginning of the pandemic when all other businesses were shut down.

Thank you to Celestial Seasonings for being such great partners with Imagine!, for finding employment for so many people, and for supporting them during the pandemic. We will be forever grateful to Celestial Seasonings for helping to create a world of opportunity for all abilities.
