Bobby Excels at Bad Daddy Burger Bar

Bobby accepts services through Imagine!’s Employment Services and has an independent job at Bad Daddy Burger Bar in Longmont. He meets with an Imagine! Job Coach on a frequent basis to check in and ensure that he is comfortable and doing well in his job. After just a few months working in the kitchen and washing dishes, Bobby’s hard work and attention to detail was quickly recognized and he was awarded “Employee of the Month” in late winter of 2022.
“Bobby has been a great addition to the team,” said Brittany, Bobby’s supervisor. “He’s punctual, arrives in a great mood, and gets along great with his co-workers.”
In Bobby’s own way, he helped train servers on how to best leave dishes in the kitchen and management recently implemented a new system for when wait staff come through since it created a better workflow.
Back in November of 2021, Bobby walked through Bad Daddy’s doors and inquired about working there to Brittany. “He said he might need a job soon and that he felt happy here,” said Brittany. “In my opinion, he had gotten himself the job just by showing up and talking to me.”
It makes our hearts incredibly happy to see Bobby enjoying his time and doing well at his job. Way to go, Bobby, keep up the great work!
