The parents of a client on Audrey’s caseload reached out to Imagine! to let us know that they were very impressed with how Audrey managed a situation in which their son was having some issues acquiring his needed medications. Audrey worked diligently to ensure that he received what he needed. The parents were impressed Audrey went so above and beyond in this case, and they are glad that their son is well supported by his case manager.
