Alice Ardito - Imagine! Excellence In Customer Service Award

Congratulations are in order for Alice Ardito, who was recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Although Alice has only been a Case Manager for a little over a year, Alice embodies the term "excellence". Alice has helped with shifts at an Imagine! group home after a busy day at work. In spite of this extra work Alice initiates translation of documents so clients have an equitable quality of service. Additionally when a volunteer opportunity comes up for extra work or to help a coworker Alice is there to lend help. This great capacity to do extra work and keep on top of all responsibilities is invaluable to Imagine! and our clients!
