Alfredo De La Cruz - Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner

Congratulations are in order for Alfredo De La Cruz, recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what Alfredo’s nomination said about him: "Alfredo goes above and beyond the call of duty every day. He comes to every Imagine! Community Services activity with incredible energy. Alfredo is consistently assisting his coworkers by picking up extra shifts and stepping into leadership roles to better support his peers and our participants. Alfredo always makes sure to do his best to communicate well with our participants and their families. We have received nothing but the highest praise from parents and providers when it comes to the level of service he provides. He even serves as a translator for the families who utilize our services that speak primarily Spanish. This is something he does without hesitation, at any time of day/week and always with the excitement of getting to help out. He is such a light for our program and it is truly wonderful to get to work with him.

Alfredo has jumped in to facilitate virtual classes with both feet. He has picked up countless classes and has been so willing to change his schedule every single week to benefit all of the participants. He has shown the example of what it means to be selfless and embodies the principals that our organization was founded upon. "
