Congratulations Alex Brown, recently honored as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.

The following was included in Alex's nomination:

From Michelle: "Alex has been exceptional from the start and I had no doubt that she’d be willing to take on the task of taking State SLS clients all the way through the IP process before giving them to an ongoing case manager. She even created a resource for a client on the differences between CDASS and the FRE program and asked me to review it! We went through it and she’s becoming an expert on CDASS. She’s so proactive, asks really great questions, does a lot of research, and just overall takes real ownership of her work. She always wants to ensure that what she’s communicating to clients is correct and that it’s useful. She’s a total rock star."

From Hannah: "Whenever I need help covering for other case managers, Alex always jumps in. She isn’t afraid to cover tasks she’s unfamiliar with and is always ready to learn something new. She does everything thoroughly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I don’t know what we’d do without Alex!"
