Congratulations are in order for Addie Fleegel, recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Addie’s nomination came from a parent of someone in services: “Addie is our daughter's Case Manager. I continue to be incredibly impressed with her. She is a tenacious supporter of our daughter's goals. She is a timely, thoughtful and thorough communicator, and heads off challenges before they become problems. For example, she just notified us that our daughter’s DD benefits were going to be ineligible when looking at "the system". She suspected she knew why, contacted the County to get clarification and resolution, and then communicated this to our team. I love knowing this in advance instead of being "surprised" with this info! While it isn't resolved yet, her communication gives me confidence that she has everything under control and I don't have to worry. Also, I am sure Addie is carrying a larger than normal case load right now. This makes me appreciate her professional demeanor even more.”
