Meet Elena Ciaravino, an Imagine! 2020 Employee of Distinction.

“In our most challenging and difficult times, true leaders rise from the shadows and guide people into a future of possibilities and hope. Elena has been a true leader during this global pandemic. The changing environment had a significant impact on her team and her role, yet she continued to show up with a smile on her face ready to tackle the next challenge. You don’t have to spend much time with Elena to know that she truly cares about the clients we serve and the staff that support them. Instead of feeling defeated or overwhelmed with the impacts of COVID, she came to the table with ideas, solutions, and a plan. Elena’s communication with upper management and her staff was impeccable during the chaos. In a very short timeframe Elena had to recreate her program and the services they provide and she did so in an innovative and supportive way. She never lost sight of our mission.”
