Become An Innovations Provider
Innovations offers support through Host Home and Companion Home programs. In these programs, an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability either lives in a provider’s home (Host Home), or a provider lives in a home owned by the individual or their family (companion home).
Innovations is currently seeking individuals to provide supports to a person with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability in their home, or that individual’s home. Becoming a contracted residential provider is a proactive statement of advocacy and support for another’s growth. The ideal candidate has knowledge of training and support for individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities, is dependable, and able to work with a team to help best support the individual in their home and community needs.
