Become An Innovations Provider

Become a Host Home or Companion Home Provider

Innovations has developed robust Host Home and Companion Model Home programs. In these programs, an adult with a developmental disability either lives in a provider’s home (Host Home), or a provider lives in a home owned by the adult with disability or his or her family (Companion Model Home).

Whether you are single or married, a professional, a retiree or a homemaker, you can become a Host or Companion Model Home provider for Innovations if you believe that a safe, caring, and nurturing environment is essential to the health and well-being of everyone.

Becoming a Host or Companion Model Home provider is not a passive act of opening one’s home, or moving in to one’s home, to provide food, clothing, and shelter. It is a proactive statement of advocacy and nurturing.
