Please note: Imagine! is a Provider Agency primarily providing services to individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) in Colorado. Imagine! works with the following waivers: Developmental Disabilities waiver (DD), Supported Living Services waiver (SLS), Children’s Extensive Support waiver (CES), Children’s Habilitation Residential Program waiver (CHRP), or those interested in a Private Pay Contract.
